My name is Kathy and I live in the south-west of England. I have run my own businesses alongside my family growing up, so stress has constantly been a part of my life and managing it became very important, indeed juggling is definitely my forte. I have a good moral compass and am a positive level-headed person who sees the glass half full. But like most of us, life has thrown me my fair share of curveballs which I have always worked through to the best of my ability, with lots of tears and laughter along the way. I am sure you will gather this as I chatter about life over the months ahead.
I qualified as an Advanced Stress Management Consultant 17 years ago so I could help others use the techniques that help me so much on a daily basis. I then went on to study Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Stress in the Workplace and more recently, Life Coaching and Mindfulness.
Having worked with couples but mainly women who are navigating their way through the fertility journey I could see how much it was completely overwhelming them. So I decided to create the course “Well Conceived” to teach others how to manage stress, as it cannot be avoided but we can learn how to use it to our advantage.
None of us know what life is going to throw at us next and what I want for you is to have the safety net of support and the tools you need right in your back pocket so you can pull them out at whatever stage of life you are and tap into them where ever in the world you are.
